Challenge: choose one thing today that reminds you of God

Stella said, “I choose rain. God gives rain so that the plants have life. And when the plants have life, they grow and produce vegetables for us to eat!”

I will send you rain in its season, and the ground will yield its crops and the trees their fruit.

LEVITICUS 26:4

Vivian said “I say thank you God for the sun because it gives us light to see. God is the light and light gives us life. Light helps the plants to grow!”

When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, ‘I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.’

JOHN 8:12

I asked the girls, “what happens when rain and light come together?”

“RAINBOW!” Stella said. “It’s a promise that God will not flood the earth.”
“A rainbow is a gift from God!” Vivian exclaimed.

Then they each drew a rainbow. God is good!
