I started this list, and the collections of scripture within, as a training for myself, to help me dive in to God’s word as a trigger out of each dark moment. I am always being reminded that relying on worldly solutions never really solves the true issue.

The best way I’ve found to use this collection:

• Try to remember that this list exists.
• Bring up this list and click on the link that is closest to your situation.
• Read over the collection of scriptures, quotes, tips, natural solutions, and recipes that might help.
• Pick one piece of scripture or quote from the list and start a prayer.
• Praise God and repeat as necessary.
